With reference to Military Deptt. letter no. 342, of 1st 17th August last, submit extract of station orders, preliminaryu and Completion survey Reports with Bill amounting to Company's Rs. 843-5-4. by the Officiating Exe. Engineer Jullundur Doab Division, for making 44 new Punkahs for the Barracks occupied by that Battalion 60th Royal Rifles at Jullundur.
