In reply to mily dept. lr. no. 851 of the 25th nov. 1856 states that the comn. in chief jully concrers with Govt. fin opinion that the sangor Brigade onght to constitute as separate command and his excellency accordingly reommends that the arrangement he notified in G.G. O. at the earliest practicable date.
