With reference to mily. dept. no. 159 of the 7th april 1852, transmits copy of ltr. from the officiating accotant to teh Govt. of Benal and requsts th his IIndemnitiy bodn as officiating Supertendent iron bridge yard may be cancelled on receipt of a certificate of no demand on that account against him.
