Submits, for favorable consideration copy of an assistant from the officer commanding the Pegn Divsion for Leave of absence for 3rd Master from date of qmitting rangoon to proceed to proceed to ceylon or very urgent private officer states that the C.in C. is prepared to comply with that officer solicitation for removal to another Divsion.
