In reply to his despatch no. 4824 of the 213rd Ultimo, directed to acquaint his , that the Most Noble hte Governor General in COuncil directs that Family Pensioners Byjoo Misser no. 285, Oorah no. 1309, and Babeechand Sing no. 416 all of the Dinapore Circle together with the Sureties of trhe last Named, Babeechand Sing shall be made over for trial to the Civil Authorities.
