Authorising them to writer off to profit and loss certain drawn on acoutn of hospital and on supplied for the use of a detachent of H.. and the H.C invlaid under the comand of Captain G.a. Berry H.M. 24th Regt. adn lost by the sinkign of a boat on the 13th Nov. 1851.
