Proposed grant to candidates deputed from Port Blair to undergo a course of veterinary training in India, of an increased stipend of Rs. 50 a month during the 2nd and 3rd years of their course, and of a free passage both ways by sea to enable them to visit Port Blair during their vacation once annually.
