Expiry on 1.12.45 of the Punjab criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 1935 as extended to Delhi, consequent on the non-extension to Delhi before that date of the Punjab Criminal Law ( Amendment) Ordinance, 1945. Re-extension of the 1935 Act, as amended, to Delhi for so long as it remains in force in the Punjab.
