Submits, for consideration a request of the Paris Exhibition Committee for a guarantee against loss, &c., of the articles sent in addition to ht eRupees 12,000 sanctioned to be placed at their disposal, and report having in anticipation of sanction, placed; a further sum of Rupees 3,000 at their disposal, in order secure a good representation of the products, arts, and manufactures.
