To the Senior Minister St. Andrens Church In continuation of letter dated 22rd Ultimo acquaints that the blank From of # returns have been forwarded to the Reverend Henderson authorizes adoption of his suggesion in regard to the Assummussion ot England of the return & requests that he will furnish all Prestyterean Chaplains who have been or may hereafter be appointed to do duty with His Majesty Regiemnt with blank from for the purposes indicated in his letter the Postal # will he instructed to place prestyterian Chaplanision a position similar to that of R. C. Priests in respect to sending such returns without payment of postage.
