Agent Hill Tracts Orrissa - In reply to letter No. 1415 dated 29th August last frowards on abstruct of the proceedings held on the trial of the Khands accesed of infaieticide with reference ot the sentence pronouneed on them states that in the event of its having a beneficial effect on the inffantieidal tubes of sonpore & soradah he will hereafter address the government on their behalf.
