To Dr. Marray - In reply states that he can regain his appointment of Civil surgeon of Agra and that orders have been issued to provide him with a Dak carriage and for the conveyance of his baggage and photographie apparatus that he is halt at Benares and Allahabad on his way to Cawnpore and take views and on his arrival at Agra to take views of Public buildings of note the Lieut. Governor Central Provinces has been requestedto authorige an advance of Rupees 2000to be madeto him from the benares Treasury.
