Elliott, commission of Burdwan of the trial of Nilmeney Singh Des, Rajah of Pachete, who was charged with Rebellion against the Government and acquitted - Under the circumstances states recommends that the Rajah shmld not be releused, and that a Warrant for his detention in the Alipure Jail shuld be issued by the President in Council.
