From Superintendent of Marine - In reply to letter dated 29th Ultimo states that every exertion will be made to send in the annual report of the operations of his Department for 1858/59 soon after the end of July. The preparation of the report for the Bengal Government is in hand, but that for this Government is not yet commenced upon for want of Materials.

The National Archives of India is on a mission to digitize and make available online each and every record in its repositories. This is an ongoing effort and some records will be made available before the others.
