Message No. 12 - Informs the Legislative Council that the Governor General has given his resent to the act possed by them on the 16th September 54 entitled an act to refeal certain parts of 53rd III captain CLV and of section II Resolution XV of 1806 of the Bengal code and of Resolution IV of 1809 of the Madras Court.
