Extract Financial Department - With reference to the above reporting the inconvenience resulting from the combination of the appointment of Post Master at Aden with that of Arabic Interpreter leaves it tothe Director General either to increase the present Post Office establishment at that Station and debit the additional charge to the Political Department or to place the Post Office under the separate officer but request that the arrangement that may be adopted the submitted in the usual form for sanction. Remarks that it would be preferrable to separate the two offices.
