With reference to the orders issued for sending away from all the destriets of the liner & contral Provinces of Bengal & from the destricts of Bhugalpore Division in which Martial Law has been proclaimed of all Women & Children of every class to Calcutta & to the two Communications from the Secretary to government Central Provinces dated the 16 & 22 nd Ulltimo in the subject m observes that the above order were issued in advertence to the state of the country at that time but as a great change for the better has now taken place inthe aspect of affaires by the full of Delhi the relief of the Garrison of Lucknow the reoccupation of Juanpore & Azimghur and the restoration of quiet in other directions the necessity for removing the Women & Children from the destrict in the Central Provinces and in Behar is no longer pressing the removal therefore of those yet remaining ther will not be insisted upon by government but it is resolved that the prohibtion against Euripean Women & Children ent
