To Commissioner of Allahabad - In reply to the foregoing is desired to withdraw the Commissions issued to Doctor Iring & to Messrs Palmer & sandys though they may be employed as assistant or deputy Magistrate if necessary it is also suggested whether it could notbe proper to issued commissioner under the act to the officiating Judge of the district divesting even messrs court & Mayne of the extraordinary powers conferred on them & it is requested that the commissioner under act a XIV of 1857 may be instensted to try only for offences known to the law & to describe such offences accuratily in their reports.
