Doctor M. B. Oshanughnessy - Reports that the Electric Telegraph line will in about a fortnight be completed as far as Diomand Harbour, and requests to know it will be necessary for him to take it accross the River. States that he will be carry the line to Kedgree for a smaller Cost than would have been incurred by the Experimental one sanctioned between Cuttack & Hooghly.
