To Secretary - Transmits Extract Para 19 from the Honble Court Financial Dispatch No. 12 of 1851 dated 12th February and copy of correspondence refrred to therein and requests that the local authorities shall submit Estimates of extra charges of the nature described therein time of to admit of their being sanctioned by Government before they have been actually incurred.
