Office Memorandem - With reference to the Honble Courts Judicial Dispatch No. 19 of 1850 on the subject of the payment by an officers proposed to be appointed by the Honble Court of sums remitted to England by the Adminitor General at Calcutta, enquires him the orders of the Honble Court can be carried in to effect as to the commissioner of 5 per cent proposed to be deducted from such remittences consistemtly with See: 7 and 8 of Act VII of 1849.
