Read a Dispatch from the Honble the Court of Directors No. 10 of 1853 of 8th March requesting that immediate arrangements be made for giving effect to the scheme of a Book Post between England and India the 1st of May next having been fixed by Notification in England the day for the commonement of the Scheme.
