Chief Secretary - Transmits a Staff of the cash etc. of the articles sent to the great Exhibition of 1851 observes that the expenses incurred on account of articles forwarded from Mysore and Coorg with their value are not included in the Staff and is of opinion that such # should properly be debited to Bengal.
