L. in C. has been pleased to determine that Mr. Honkey shall proceed to Bhangulpore for the presention of his studies and with this view he has been plased temporaily under the orders of the Lieutt. Governor of Bengal who will issue the necessary instructions to the Correspondence of the Bhangulpore Division.
