Director General - Submits for favorable consideration a recommendation from the Post Master General of Madras for the grant of a pension or gratuity to the widow of Serjeant Takaberry who was on the 29th December last drowned in the Surf at Madras while conveying the Mails on Board the Steamer Bengal.
