Petition of kerbelace mahomed Khan & others - State that the managers of the Mahomeden Colelge at Hooghly admit indiscriminately Mahomedaus of all sects into that Institution and as such a measure is agaisnt the rules Pray that syed Akbur Ali Khan the Superintendent be ordered to establish a Seminary for the Education of the sheeahs as the soories are opposed to them in religions sentiments etc. for which reason the sheeahs are prevented admission into the Calcutta Madrissah.
