From Secretary General Committee-- Recommends as Ramchunder Vydabagish has been exenerated by the Honble Court from blame in the matter which led to his dismissal, that he be reinstated in his former appointment of Law Professor at the Sanscrit College in consequence of the difficulty which exists for procuring the services of a qualified person for the situation.
