From - Reports that the circumstances which led to the employment of an additional runner at each stage from Calcutta to Hooghly are equally operative on the road between Hooghly and Berhampore. Recommends therefore that 64 Rs. per month be sanctioned for thr additional Runners required for the road to Berhampore.
