From Secretary enquires whether the transmission of Latter and News papers free of Postage to the address of the Envoy and Minister at the Court of H.M. Shah Soojah Ool Moolk has been authorised by the supreme Government. The Governer General having already authorized privilege of the postage in case of minister and envoy at the Cout of His Majesty Shah Soojah Ool Moolk and the Govt. of Bombay having curectly interpreted the order in question, His Lordship in Council does not think it necessary to give more deliberate sanction to the extension of the Privilage.
