Regarding the exception of Mr. Jenkins, who it is now understood is not likely to go home this year, have been addressed as directed, and suggests that the Secy. of State may be moved to make his orders know to Mr. Dowleans, so that the gentlemen appointed may be made acquainted with His Lordship`s intentions in the matter of their arrival in Paris.
