With reference to endorsement hence, No. 1451, dated the 17th December last, forwards copy of a Memorandum from the Inspector General, Medical Department, and of its accompanying Statement, containing information required by this Government relative to Dispensaries in that Presidency, to which a Sub-Assistant Surgeon or Apothecary or Assistant Apothecary is posted.
