Under circumstances stated, solicits sanction to the proposal that Dr. Stoliczka may be allowed to proceed to Europe, at his own expense, to visit the Geological collections preserved in different places, for the purpose of comparing the Indian Specimens with them; provided only that his doing so be considered ``on duty`` and that he be permitted to be absent on this duty for six months.

The National Archives of India is on a mission to digitize and make available online each and every record in its repositories. This is an ongoing effort and some records will be made available before the others.
