From Officiating Post Master General - With reference to letter from this Department dated 6th January submits his sentiments on the proposition of the Bombay Post Office Committee for dispensing with the registry of letters at the Bombay Post Office & on the advantage experienced from making the addresseds of the letters a part of the Registry, & encloses a Statement of the Establishment of the Post Office at this Presidnecy.
