Board Submit Copy of a letter from the Master Attendent to gether with the report and Chart of Lacams Channel by Mr. Branch pilot Sincliar and copy of Commodore Hayes further letter applying in favor of Mr. Suiclair the usual Batta Allowances granted to Individuls employed on foreign service as well as in favor of the officers who were employed with Mr. Suclair.
