To Secretary - Informing him that the Government General in Council has fixed the evening of the 19th Intant for the despatch of the onerland Express Mail hence to Bombay, and requesting him to postpone the departure of the Steamer a few hourson the 1st of March in case the Express shall not arrive on the 28th Instant intimation also made that there unill be a donble despatch.
