From Sub Treasurer - In reply - States that the Petitioner Manickram Mittre alluded to is the eldest Son of the late Loll Beharry Mittre and the same person who after the Fathers demise continued with his brother under the orders of Government of 28th January 1814 to draw the Pension of 60 Rupees granted to Loll Beharry Mittre in 1792.
