Provinces - In continuation of his despetch of the 14th November last transmits copy of a detailed Report from Dr. Talconer on the Batanical Garden at Saharanpore since the new argainzation anthorized by Government will take an apportunity to offer some remarks and propositions on several of the points notieed in Dr. Falconers report.
