From Governor - Transmits a Duplicate Memorial addressed to the Court of Directors by Messers Bonham Nairne and Wingrove praying to be allowed to retire on the Pension of their rank when the abolition of the late Government took place whenever the state of their health render return desirable or that they may be allowed the Pension awarded tothe extra Covenanted Servants of the late Bencoolen Establishment when that Settlement was transferred to the Dutch.
