From Marine Board - Submit for orders two letters one from Mr. Wall Commanding the Hooghly and the other from Mr. Ransom in charge of the Flat Experiment complaining of what they consider to have been an unautorized interference of the Officers Commanding the Treasure Escorts ( left with the Wreck of the Burhumpootur ) with the details of the Vessels duties.- Vizt. interdicling the Pilots Boats from coming alongside the experiment & assuming a right to direct the Sentries to fire into such Boarts.
