From Post Master General - In reply to letter of 13th Instant offers explanation regarding Postage charged on a letter addressed by His Lordships Private Secretary to Mr. Dobbs. States that all letters bearing the Signatures of the Private or Military Secretary will henceforth be sent out free and begs to be informed whether the Military Secretary to the Commander in Chief is to have the same privilege and whether all letters Europe & Country to Mr. Pakenham & Major Benson are to be allowed to pass free.
