From Governor - In reply to letter of 31st July last relative to the arrangement made for the adjustment of Accounts with the Resident of Rhio. States that the Abstract of particulars of payment of Pensions made at Bencoolen together with the Receipts in original will be transmitted to the Civil Auditor.
