Secretary - Submits copy of a Report on an Examination for a degree of Honor in the Arabic language of St. Todd one of the Public examiners of the Coll. and recommending that a Medal together with a Prize of Books from the Library to the value of 1000 Rupees should be confered as a donation on that Officer.
