To In reply - States that 200 Rupees is considered by Government as a Sufficient sum for a voyage from Calcutta to the Tenasserim Coast or vice versa and for short Trips along the Coast. The Commander to be allowed 20 Rupees Per diem for the conviyance of a Public Officer of the grande of the Commissioner from Port to Port when the voyage may not exced from Days. The above rates to inclue Servants & Suite.
