From in reply - Have reconsidered the subject of their letter respecting the charge for Dawk bearers in Kumon & Deyra Dhaoon Recommend that the Traveller be charged with the actual cost of his Bearres or the actual expenses incurred by the Deputy Post Master in providing for his travelling as these provinces do not afford the same means of Travelling or facilites in procuring bearers as are cutomary.
