Rozario Publisher of the Columbian Press Gazette - Submits an Affidavit from himself as publiher and Printer and Mr. James Sutherland as Editor and applies for a License to print and publish in liew of the Columbia Press Gazette a News Paper to be entitled the Bengal Chronicle to be published three times a Week.
