To The Governor General of the Netherlands Possessions in the East Indies - In continuation of address of the 4th. May last respecting the payment of the Pensions granted by the British Government to certain Individuals at Fort Marlbro: and the discharge of a few outstanding Promissory Notes Encloses Copy of a letter from the Accountant General at Bengal relating thereto and requesting His Excellency will issue the requisite instructions to the Netherlands Authorities at Bencoolen regarding the arrangements for paying the Notes in question.
