Capt. W.G.Stephen. Executive Officer Point Palmiras - States his apprehension that the Government General orders of the 1st March last virtually affects the Seale of allowances fixed on his appointment to erect the Light House at Point Palmiras. Trusts that the orders in question was not intended to have such effect with regard to him - especially after the most difficult part of the work has been accomplished.
