Secretary - Submits a letter from the Deputy Post Master at Muttra representing that the same impediments to providing Bearers at the rate of 8 Anas per mile as prevail at Delhi equally oppose the provision at that rate from Muttra & soliciting that he may be authorised to charge at the enhanced rate of Re. 1 per mile. Board recommends the augmented rates.
