To the Magistrates of Calcutta - Refirs to letterof the 1st Instant& states that it does not appear to Governemnt necessary to # the Investigation further relative to the Natives who have arrived from New South Wales on the Mary - Authorizes them to distribute the Sum of 200 Rs. among them on account of Government & that precaution will be adopted for preventing the embarkation of persons of that description for that Colony in futrue.
