Copy of a letter from Sir Charles Blunt, Postmaster General, to Mr. E. Webb, Acting Collector of Dinajpur, requesting hism to submit a comparative stalement of the charges to be incurred on the proposed dak route to Dinajpur with that of the existing charges, and enquiring if the alteration of the route will affect the income of the Post Office.
